University Centre Building Policies

Overview & Governance

The University Centre Board has established policies to effectively manage the use of the building and provide a transparent understanding of the operating procedures and allowances. Each of the respective policies are managed and implemented by University Centre Services as part of building management.

Policies are reviewed and approved by the University Centre Board of Directors every five (5) years as part of the University Centre Constitution, with the review process completed by the Management & Operations Committee and referred to the Board of Directors for approval. All questions, inquiries, and feedback regarding the implementation of University Centre Policies can be sent to the Secretary to the Board and/or the Operations Manager, University Centre Services.
